Why does AEF prefer the Daikin brand over other brands and what evaluation/selection process has been undertaken to select Daikin?

We are not a supplier or installer of Daikin, we have a pricing agreement with Daikin to ensure that our customers receive fixed reduced retail pricing nationally.
Their product was chosen through a rigorous selection process – to not only meet our standards but also of our partner councils across Victoria and NSW.

They were chosen based on:
  1. Quality of product
  2. Length of warranties
  3. Price
  4. Financial sustainability
  5. Shared company values
The additional benefits of entering a pricing agreement with Daikin Australia is that we also receive additional support should there be any logistical or warranty issues with your split system. Whilst are confident that the systems being offered are good quality for a competitive price. You are also not obliged to choose the unit. Integral also offer other products which you can compare directly with them.
