Where does AEF's funding come from?

Funding comes from:
Government Grants
Donations and Bequests
Interest Revenue
Management fees for rendering of services (Consultancy Fees & Project Income)
Membership Fees

A Funding Agreement originally signed between Australian Energy Foundation and
Moreland City Council in 2000 provided AEF with funding based on interest earned on
$5M of investments from the forced sale of the former Brunswick and Coburg Councils’
Electricity Supply Departments. The current agreement is for the period 2015-2020.
