What are your covid-19 protocols?

Our Energy Advice Service is available, and our other programs are still operating as normal. A majority of our team are working from home and most of our services will be delivered digitally.

We have put additional measures in place to protect our customers, our people and our community:
Anyone that has recently returned from overseas, been in direct contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or has cold/flu-like symptoms will self-isolate for 14 days
Anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 will self-isolate until they recover from the virus
Our suppliers and home energy assessors will call ahead to check that you are not matching any of the above criteria. They will check to ensure you are still comfortable with someone coming to your home. They are practicing social distancing, so will not shake your hand or come closer than 1.5m as well as ensuring good hygiene practices including regular hand washing and using hand sanitiser.
We ask that if you are self-isolating or have cold/flu-like symptoms, that you call to advise, and your appointment can be rearranged.
