I've heard the hydrotherm is quite good, have you discovered a problem with it?

If you read review forums such as Whirlpool or productreview.com.au you will always find that someone has had an issue with every brand of hot water system. The key is whether these issues can be dealt with. Sometimes they are the fault of installation, sometimes a fault with the unit and sometimes it can simply be a settings issue.
