Do I have to provide grid support with my battery?

If you are part of a VPP program or you signed a contract with your retailer or DNSP to provide grid support then yes you would have to supply the grid from your battery during times of high demand. These contracts usually have an expiry date so once that time is elapsed you will no longer need to provide power to the grid from your battery.

Alternatively, You can choose to be off-grid but this system is more expensive.
